Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Design configure and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including: Case Management Entitlements & SLAs Escalation Rules Omni-Channel Queues and Assignment Rules Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs Lead Service Cloud features implementation with minimal rework Configuration & Customization Configure Salesforce using: Lightning Experience Flows (Screen / Record-Triggered) Validation Rules Approval Processes Customize layouts record types page layouts and Lightning Record Pages Implement email-to-case web-to-case auto-response rules Knowledge & Self-Service Configure and manage: Salesforce Knowledge Digital Experiences (Experience Cloud) for self-service portals Support FAQ and case deflection use cases Integrations & Data Work with integration teams on: CTI / Telephony integrations Email channels External ticketing or ERP systems (exposure preferred) Support data migration and data quality best practices Reporting & Insights Build Service Cloud-specific reports and dashboards: Case volumes SLA compliance Agent productivity First response & resolution metrics Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Work closely with: Business users Architects Developers QA teams Participate in requirement workshops and solution walkthroughs Support UAT and production rollout

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Salesforce Service Cloud Development (3 years)
