Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Procurement Operations
- Manage day-to-day supply chain and procurement operations ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Handle complex and high-value procurement transactions in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions purchase orders and fulfilment activities.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs inventory levels service performance and operational metrics.
- Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Manage supplier onboarding vendor master data catalog creation and contract compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs quality cost and delivery parameters.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
- Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Coordinate with requestors Finance Procurement and Operations teams for seamless transaction processing.
- Manage purchase orders invoices transactional data and supplier contracts through relevant ERP/SCM platforms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of procurement transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation and regulatory requirements including GST withholding tax and SEZ regulations wherever applicable.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify standardize automate and optimize supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze process bottlenecks identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain workflows and responsiveness.
- Conduct periodic process reviews and recommend improvements based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
5. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to supply chain governance organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Identify and assess potential supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Monitor SLA adherence and proactively address risks that could impact service delivery.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure procurement and supply chain activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
