We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Pharma/Biotech this role you will be instrumental in driving sales coordination excellence ensuring that our operations align with the high standards of the pharmaceutical sector in Bengaluru.

• Coordinate and streamline sales activities across the pharmaceutical and biotech portfolios.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between internal teams and clinical research partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform tactical improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication workflows to support business development objectives.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery and market presence.

• Any Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters degree preferred).
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical biotech or clinical research industry.
• Expertise in sales coordination with a proven track record of managing high-level projects.
• Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a formal corporate environment with meticulous attention to detail.
