Your work profile

• Lead functional workshops and requirement gathering sessions for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL AP AR FA CM and SLA.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications solution designs and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current finance business processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
• Partner with technical teams architects and integration teams to support solution design and resolve dependencies.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and execution including preparation of test scenarios validation of expected results and business sign-off coordination.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business users during implementation and hypercare phases.

Key skills required

5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support projects with strong expertise in modules such as GL AP AR FA CM and SLA.

Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering functional design configuration testing and support for complex finance business processes.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and Oracle Fusion Financials business flows.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong collaboration across business functional and technical stakeholders.

Exposure to testing lifecycle activities including SIT/UAT execution preferred.
