Job Summary
Were seeking someone to join our team as anAssociatein Institutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO) partners closely with Sales & Trading and our Clients to process daily activities develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes.
In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associatelevel position within Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What youll do in the role:
- Timely and accurate generation of trade confirmations for FID products in accordance with internal bookings ISDA and industry standards.
- Provide documentation support to Institutional Sales and Trading and Bank Resource Management on ad hoc deals and projects.
- Provide SME support for the ongoing standardization and confirmation automation initiatives
- Research and resolve confirmation discrepancies through proactive communication with internal partners (Legal Sales Trading Compliance) and external counterparties.
- Identify risk issues escalate where appropriate and actively assist in resolving them. Adopt and maintain stringent process controls to mitigate firm and client risk.
- Organize own day to day tasks per functional procedures to ensure all priority tasks are completed within the established deadlines using the appropriate systems tools and checklists.
- Analysis of current processes and identification of process/system to increase efficiencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Metrics reporting using Excel.
- Subject Matter expert for function and product covered within the group
What youll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 3years Banking Operations or equivalent relevant industry experience with exposure to financial products
- Strong working knowledge of ISDA definitions is essential.
- Understanding of basic lifecycle of OTC products
- Experience in negotiating with clients to resolve language discrepancies.
- Strong ability to maintain risk and control while balancing client service.
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong analytical organizational and verbal&written communication skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced-multi tasking environment.
- Root cause analysis of reoccurring problems with ability to resolve.
- Proactive and self-motivated
