As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for developingandgrowingbothrelationshipsandrevenuewithinthe regionensuringthatwecontinuetofurther our mission of Improving Patient full understanding of the role and the businessgrow the region in line with company targets whilstdelivering a timely & robust recruitment service toboth candidates & clients alike with a high level ofcustomer service.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Pipeline
• Recruitments getting referrals
• Applying DBS
• Schedule interviews for candidates
• Coordinating with Sales to get workers booked
• Take Live calls from CRT
• Pick incoming calls
• Obtaining compliance documents from candidates in the pipeline
• Ensuring documents are correct and verified
• Deal with candidate queries on compliance

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• Candidate should be ok to work in UK shifts.
