- Is a strategic thinker and strong storyteller
- Has experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Can translate complex business strategies into clear engaging communication
- Thrives in fast-paced matrixed environments
- Brings expertise in internal communications change management and employee engagement
- Is passionate about building culture connection and organizational alignment
