Cognos Admin Pan India Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Install configure upgrade and maintain IBM Cognos Analytics (10.x / 11.x).
• Administer Cognos environments (DEV QA UAT PROD).
• Manage Cognos components: Gateway Dispatcher Content Manager Report Services.
• Monitor system health troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning.
• Handle user access roles security and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Manage report/package deployments and environment migrations.
• Support scheduling batch jobs and report failures.
• Coordinate with infrastructure DB and ETL teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain backups recovery procedures and administrative documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Administration.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 databases.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
