We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CCA Coordinator to plan coordinate and manage the schools Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) for students. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational communication and event-management skills with the ability to engage students and coordinate effectively with teachers and school leadership.
- Plan and coordinate co-curricular activities for students across different grades.
- Develop and manage the annual CCA calendar and activity schedules.
- Organize competitions clubs cultural programs celebrations and school events.
- Coordinate with teachers and activity in-charges for smooth execution of activities.
- Identify and nurture students talents and encourage participation.
- Monitor student participation and maintain activity-related records.
- Organize inter-house and inter-school competitions and events.
- Coordinate rehearsals performances exhibitions and special assemblies.
- Ensure activities are conducted safely and in accordance with school policies.
