• • Sales and Target Achievement: Drive life or health insurance revenue volume and customer acquisition goals across the assigned bank cluster. 12
  • Team Leadership: Manage train and mentor a team of Front Line Sales Managers or sales representatives. 12
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build strong daily ties with bank branch managers and regional staff to integrate insurance pitching into normal banking. 12
  • Training and Coaching: Conduct joint sales calls product training sessions and reward programs for bank and sales personnel. 12
  • Compliance and Operations: Monitor business quality policy persistency and strict adherence to regulatory standards. 12

• • Education: Graduate degree in any field; a Masters or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of total experience in insurance sales specifically within the banking (Bancassurance) channel.
  • Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading local sales teams.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication relationship building problem solving and local market knowledge.
