Claims Analyst Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Experience Required

Key Responsibilities
Claims Intake & Processing - Handle insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) to final settlement.
Review claim documents and verify policy coverage limits and deductibles.
Investigate claims and assess liability where required.
Policy & Coverage Verification
Claims Triage & Assignment
Documentation & Records Management
Bill Pay & Allied Claims Support
Coordinate with customers adjusters brokers and internal teams.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Resolve claim-related queries and maintain complete claim records.
Support process improvements and follow compliance requirements.

This role will focus on CRM data migration platform enablement and building a robust data model to support alumni marketing and engagement functions. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical architecture while ensuring high-quality future-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Define and design a comprehensive Salesforce data model to support alumni marketing and engagement data. Establish lifecycle stages relationship structures and data hierarchies. Design and govern data migration architecture including mapping transformation and validation strategies. Define and enforce data governance quality and deduplication rules. Conduct solution workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system designs. Provide architectural guidance and oversight to configuration development and migration teams. Ensure the platform supports reporting segmentation and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system usability and performance. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. Expertise in CRM data modeling and data structures. Proven experience in designing and executing data migration frameworks. Solid understanding of data governance data quality and deduplication strategies. Ability to translate business workflows into scalable system architecture. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application/System Architect Data Architecture). Experience working with large-scale CRM transformations or migrations. Familiarity with marketing automation and engagement platforms.
