Project Execution & SupervisionDrawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural structural and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Layout & Surveying: Mark precise lines levels and coordinates on-site before excavation and construction Oversight: Manage and assign daily tasks to construction crews laborers and subcontractors.2. Quality Control & AssuranceMaterial Testing: Inspect and test construction materials (e.g. concrete slump tests cube tests steel reinforcement checks) to ensure compliance with industry Verification: Check formwork shuttering and steel reinforcement alignment (e.g. via Bar Bending Schedules) prior to concrete & Maintenance: Monitor and document the curing process of concrete to maintain structural integrity.3.
