Oversee execution of cafe/restaurant outlet fit-outs renovations and maintenance projects across multiple locations.

Coordinate with contractors vendors architects and internal teams to ensure timely project completion as per brand standards and budgets.

Supervise on-site activities including civil electrical plumbing HVAC and interior works while maintaining quality and safety compliance.

Monitor project timelines material usage and vendor performance and provide regular progress updates to management.

Candidates with experience in retail restaurant or hospitality projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously will be preferred.

Net Take Home of 35 to 40k per month plus travel & mobile allowances

Prior Projects Experience in Restaurants / Retail / Malls is mandatory
