About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Diploma inCivil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil Earthworks/ Roads/ Drains modelling & 2D drawings.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling platforms (Civil3D / 12D / InRoads / OpenRoads) is essential.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and MicroStation are required.
• Familiarity with material handling projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Purpose:We are looking for askilled Civil Earthworks Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 3D modeling platforms and a strong background in creating detailed designs and drawings for various projects particularly in material handling.

The Role

As a Civil Designer-Earthworks with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.

• Develop 3D models using Civil3D / 12D / InRoads / OpenRoadsensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and documentation as required.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for design and drafting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Support material handling projects through effective design and modeling.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in structural design.
