Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with architectural consultants and the site execution team.

Review architectural drawings and follow up with consultants for revisions.

Ensure drawings are executed accurately at the project site.

Cross-check architectural drawings with actual site execution.

Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and maintain project documentation.

Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants.

Requirements

Eligibility

Bachelors Degree in Architecture ().

49 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.

Mandatory experience in High-Rise Residential Projects (100 meters).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD architectural drawings consultant coordination and site execution.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in HVAC Electrical Fire Fighting Plumbing and ELV systems. Experience in testing commissioning and project coordination. Excellent leadership communication and team management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple site activities. .

Required Education:

in MEP / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
