Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with 4 - 10 years for Performance Testing &
Engineering role in CITI. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the stability and
performance of our applications particularly in the context of recent technological advancements
and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Non-Functional Testing Expertise: Possess strong expertise in Non-Functional Testing (NFT)
methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Requirements Management: Proficient in performance requirement gathering stakeholder
engagement and clear communication of test findings throughout the performance testing
lifecycle.
LoadRunner Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in LoadRunner including script development complex scenario design and efficient test execution. Monitoring Tools Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or Dynatrace is required. Also knowledge in tools like Kibana Splunk Grafana are value add. Programming Language and Dev Ops Knowledge :- Better to have Java or Python hands on exp .. also if worked on ground for CICD / DevOps implementation in Performance Testing Projects is good to have. Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders particularly in presenting test results and triage test findings.
