• The Operational Landscape Manager (OLM) is accountable for end-to-end operational governance of supplier contracts and service delivery ensuring suppliers meet contractual commitments KPIs and compliance standards.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor supplier compliance with contract obligations and service commitments.
  • Track delivery of contracted services and deliverables.
  • Review monthly KPIs service levels and charges for discrepancies.
  • Manage supplier performance and drive corrective action plans.
  • Act as primary interface between business IT suppliers and internal teams.
  • Drive incident problem and change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with audit security and regulatory requirements.
  • Approve work requests beyond predefined financial thresholds.
  • Support demand forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
