We are looking for a Shared Services Specialist to join our Shared Services Team within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations organization. This individual contributor will assist with channel operations sales operations and order management tasks that are critical to the growth and expansion of the Netskope business. This person will work cross-functionally with various operational teams to provide a high level of service to Netskope sales teams and the Netskope partner ecosystem. Special projects will also be assigned from time to time that will augment run-the-business support activities with project-based work efforts that will draw upon technical and analytical skills. Primary Job Responsibilities
Respond to partner inquiries related to program requirements incentive claims partner portal issues training requirements and other partner inquiries
Receive and respond to requests from prospective partners
Assist with tracking and reporting of partner incentives and programs
Perform weekly data cleansing of partner accounts partner account ownership partner status etc.
Assist the Netskope Deal Desk teams with quoting and pricing
Assist the Order Management team with follow up to partners on order issues
3 years of supporting operations teams in multiple territories or theaters
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience with quoting tools
Knowledge of selling through a variety of partner/channel types including distributors resellers managed service providers (MSP) and global systems integrators (GSI)
Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Experience working with geographically-distributed teams
Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening speaking and writing) and ability to work well in a diverse team-focused environment
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones around the world
Education & Travel Expectations
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
No travel required
