We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our customer operations team. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in the IT industry excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first approach. This role involves managing operational activities such as invoicing payment follow-ups coordination with clients and internal teams and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities
- Generate and share invoices with customers.
- Follow up with clients for payment confirmations and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer operations.
- Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
- Track payments and prepare operational reports.
- Handle customer operational queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in documentation and process coordination.

- BBA or MBA graduate.
- 12 years of experience in the IT industry in customer operations finance support billing or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Zoho experience is an added advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
