Tasks

• We are looking for an experienced Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 10 years of IT experience to lead Agile delivery across multiple Data Engineering & Analytics projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum Jira reporting & dashboards stakeholder management and team leadership. Prior experience in the Healthcare/Insurance domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews & Retrospectives).

• Coordinate with the US Onsite team during overlap hours.

• Create and maintain Jira dashboards Agile metrics and executive reports.

• Track sprint velocity burndown team capacity risks and dependencies.

• Remove blockers and drive continuous Agile improvements.

• Manage multiple cross-functional Scrum teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor teams and ensure successful Agile delivery across projects.
