We are hiring an Advanced Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Specialist to review patient records improve clinical documentation quality and ensure accurate ICD-10 coding DRG assignment and reimbursement.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Life Sciences Nursing or Pharmacy (./.
- 4 years of overall experience
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical experience in ICU / Emergency Department
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CDI / IPDRG / DRG
- CDIP CCDS or CDEI certification preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Review inpatient charts for documentation accuracy and completeness
- Identify documentation gaps and raise physician queries
- Strong understanding of anatomy pathophysiology and pharmacology.
- Support ICD-10 MS-DRG/APR-DRG compliance
- Conduct retrospective reviews for Mortality HAC and PSI cases
- Collaborate with providers to improve documentation quality
