Job Summary

Provide career guidance and counselling to students.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.

Help students identify their interests strengths abilities and career goals.

Provide guidance on higher education options courses entrance examinations and career pathways.

Conduct career awareness sessions workshops and aptitude-related activities.

Support students in academic and career decision-making.

Maintain confidential student counselling records.

Coordinate with teachers parents and school leadership when required.

Stay updated on higher education opportunities and changing career trends.

Requirements

Masters degree in Psychology Counselling Career Guidance Education or a relevant field.

Relevant certification/training in career counselling is preferred.

Prior experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.

Strong counselling communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with adolescents and young adults.

Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways in India and abroad.

Required Skills:
