Job Summary
Telecom Wireless Drafting
- Prepare telecom wireless CAD drawings for:
- LTE / 4G / 5G projects
- Rooftop sites
- Monopole and tower sites
- Small cell deployments
- LTE / 4G / 5G projects
- Develop:
- Site layouts
- Antenna layouts
- Equipment layouts
- Elevation drawings
- Construction drawings
- Permit drawings
- As-built drawings
- Site layouts
- Perform redline updates based on engineering markups.
Fabrication & Detailing Drawings
- Prepare fabrication drawings for telecom structural components and mounting assemblies.
- Develop detailed shop drawings for:
- Steel structures
- Mounting brackets
- Support frames
- Platforms and ladders
- Equipment support systems
- Steel structures
- Coordinate fabrication details with engineering and production requirements.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and constructability in fabrication drawings.
Coordination & Quality
- Coordinate with RF Engineers Structural Engineers Project Managers and client teams.
- Ensure compliance with US Canadian and European telecom drafting standards.
- Perform quality checks before project submissions.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.

Required Skills:
Assist in the design and detailing of secondary roads surface grading water distribution sewer drainage and erosion control systems. Prepare engineering drawings and perform basic calculations for stormwater management sewer sizing and water supply. Support the preparation and maintenance of Civil 3D models; use software tools such as Sewer Gems Water Gems Hec-22 and QGIS for project tasks. Coordinate project documentation reports and ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements. Collaborate with senior engineers designers and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize design solutions. Provide leadership and support to junior engineers and technical staff under guidance fostering teamwork and development. Qualification: BE/ in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in land development including roads surface grading hydraulics and earthworks principles. Proficient in Civil 3D is mandatory; knowledge of Sewer Gems Water Gems Hec-22 and QGIS is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
