Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
Collaborate with QA business analysts and support teams
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
Support production deployments and post-release activities
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required
