Business Tech & AI Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and client requirements into technical solution briefs
- Work closely with product and engineering teams for solution alignment
- Manage end-to-end delivery coordination for client-facing projects
- Drive prioritization discussions between business and engineering teams
- Identify scalable AI use cases across workforce analytics automation and decision intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
- Support AI roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in technology solutioning and client-facing roles
- Good understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and business applications
- Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery coordination
- Familiarity with SDLC Agile methodologies and project delivery processes
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven enterprise solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR Tech or B2B SaaS environments
- Knowledge of workforce analytics automation and AI-based workflows
- Experience working with distributed technical teams
