As part of the Business Development team youll identify and onboard new bus operator partners manage strategic commercial relationships negotiate agreements and help grow our network across North and West India. About the role

As a Business Partnerships Executive you will own the commercial relationship with our bus operator partners across North and West India. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of operators driving revenue retention and service quality while leading contract negotiations and account strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted long-term partnerships and turning them into measurable commercial growth.

What youll do

Own and grow a portfolio of bus operator partner accounts acting as their main commercial point of contact.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue to cost & KMs targets.

Lead high-level commercial negotiations including pricing commercial terms and contract renewals.

Resolve partner and client issues promptly to protect satisfaction retention and long-term loyalty.

Manage contracts end-to-end and maintain accurate CRM records agreements and partner documentation.

Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue utilization and service quality.

Analyse account performance and prepare commercial reports and presentations for internal and partner stakeholders.

What you bring

35 years of experience in Account Management Key Account Management B2B Sales Partnerships or Vendor Management.

A background in one or more of: Logistics Mobility TravelTech OTA Marketplace businesses Fleet Management Commercial Operations Supply Acquisition Freight Trucking or Bus operators.

Proven experience managing external partners or enterprise accounts and resolving issues to retain them.

Strong commercial negotiation contract management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyse business performance.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

Comfortable travelling across North and West India to meet partners.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Nice to have

Experience launching or onboarding new commercial partners.

Familiarity with the Indian intercity bus or mobility market.
