• Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization

• 12 years of experience in business management category leadership or general management roles

• Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving business growth

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Experience in retail e-commerce or consumer businesses preferred
