Inspire & Manage Teams
Lead mentor and motivate the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve high performance.
Create a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
Build Strong Relationships
Develop lasting relationships with prospective students parents corporate clients and industry partners.
Guide students in choosing the right technology programs aligned with their career aspirations.
Represent Techolas at industry events networking opportunities and partnership meetings.
Optimize Performance
Analyze sales data market trends and customer insights to drive informed decisions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline effectively.
Prepare business reports forecasts and performance reviews for leadership.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with marketing operations and training teams to enhance student experience and conversion rates.
Contribute ideas that improve processes customer engagement and overall business performance.
Who Were Looking For
3 years of experience in Business Development Sales Management Admissions or EdTech Sales.
Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Fluent in Malayalam with good English communication skills.
Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
