We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Development Manager in Bangalore Karnataka. Our client Pentau Steel Structures is a reputed organization in the Engineering and Steel Structures sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities through networking client meetings and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts business plans and revenue growth projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions conferences and industry events.
- Monitor company performance and prepare management reports for review.
- Lead mentor and train business development and sales team members.
Required Skills

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 57 years of experience in business development sales planning client acquisition and revenue generation. Experience handling forecasting growth strategy and stakeholder management is essential. Exposure to engineering or steel structures businesses is highly preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Undergraduate Degree in Management or related discipline
- Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)
- Additional Certifications: Sales Business Strategy CRM or Leadership Certifications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
