About the role:
At ViralChilly (A Unit of Digiastic LLP) were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development (Lead Generation) Intern to join our growing this role youll play a key part in identifying potential clients for our Web Development Mobile App Development UI/UX SEO PPC and Digital Marketing services.
This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation market research client prospecting CRM management and sales outreach. Youll work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams gain exposure to global markets and develop practical skills that can accelerate your career in IT sales
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Research and identify potential clients looking for Web Development Mobile App Development UI/UX Design SEO PPC and Digital Marketing services through LinkedIn Clutch Google business directories and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a well-organized database of qualified prospects using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries emerging businesses startups and companies that require IT and digital solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn email outreach company research and other B2B prospecting channels.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements project scope budget and decision-making process.
- Schedule introductory meetings or discovery calls for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads conversations follow-ups and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Assist in executing outbound lead generation campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.
- Track outreach performance response rates lead conversions and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation activities qualified leads meetings scheduled and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the Sales Marketing and Technical teams to identify new business opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT Services Web Development AI SaaS E-commerce and Digital Marketing to identify potential business opportunities.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
