Key Responsibility


  • Handle clients after sales closure and act as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO PPC Web Development Content and Design to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project progress updates and deliverables.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the operations and technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve basic client concerns coordination issues and queries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports project updates MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain proper communication records.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on pending tasks and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Maintain professionalism during calls meetings and email communication.


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination follow-up and client management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets MS Excel CRM software Slack or project management tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude patience and strong client-handling capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
