Business Developer Pharma

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Developer Pharma to join our growing organization in Bengaluru this role you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with exceptional relationship management skills and a proven ability to navigate complex market dynamics.

• Identify evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market including partnerships licensing agreements and distribution channels
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to regional and market-specific requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients healthcare providers distributors and industry partners
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth potential
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Prepare detailed business proposals presentations and documentation for prospective partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing regulatory and operations to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage
• Track and report on key performance metrics sales pipelines and business development activities
• Represent the organization at industry conferences trade shows and networking events to expand market presence

Qualifications :

• 10 years of proven experience in business development sales or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or Pharmacies.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market including product categories regulatory landscape and industry dynamics
• Demonstrated expertise in market analysis competitive intelligence and identifying growth opportunities
