Business AnalystSenior Business Analyst PeopleSoft SCM

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements define business processes support solution design and facilitate testing activities for PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.

• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead discovery sessions workshops and requirement elaboration activities
• Develop functional specifications business process flows and user stories
• Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions
• Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability
• Create test scenarios and support SIT and UAT execution
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions
• Support deployment planning training and change management activities

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Supply Chain or related field
• 5-10 years of general IT experience including 3 years as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
• Background in gathering documenting and managing business requirements as well as facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications process flows and user stories
• Expertise in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 modules: Inventory Management Order Management Warehouse Operations and Manufacturing
• Familiarity with supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications
• Understanding of APIs web services middleware platforms and data interfaces
• Knowledge of supply chain warehouse manufacturing and inventory management processes
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
