We are looking for a results driven Senior Business Analyst with strong project management knowledge and a proven track record of delivering collaboration intensive initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring requirements are clearly defined aligned and successfully executed across multi stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit analyze validate and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and collaboration sessions
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders technical teams and external partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Lead stakeholder management by managing expectations resolving conflicts and enabling timely decision making across functions
- Facilitate cross functional and cross organizational collaboration for complex multi stakeholder initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories process flows and acceptance criteria
- Support project planning activities including scope definition timelines dependencies risks and mitigation plans
- Track requirements milestones action items and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify risks gaps and dependencies and clearly communicate impacts and mitigation options to stakeholders
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives data governance principles and organizational standards
- Create and maintain high quality documentation such as BRDs FRDs process diagrams decision logs and status reports
- Monitor delivery progress in collaboration with project teams and address issues to support on time outcomes
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide visibility into requirements status risks and overall project health
Key Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis requirement elicitation and documentation
- Solid understanding of project management concepts methodologies and delivery lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business IT and external teams
- Demonstrated experience in collaboration heavy cross functional projects
- Excellent communication facilitation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in complex matrix organizations
- Experience with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project Excel PowerPoint or similar
- Experience with enterprise wide governance driven or data centric initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Masters degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated senior level responsibility
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Hands on experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
