The Role
Dhan is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Analyst who will support the Product Management team with the product lifecycle from end to end for one or more of Dhans AI addition you will manage cross-functional teams and projects.

This role will offer you amazing product management experience and future career opportunities within our product team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for gathering user requirements and feedback synthesizing the requirements and defining high-impact features and product enhancements.

Serve as central point of contact for intake and assessment of stakeholder questions and platform issues consult with appropriate team members to troubleshoot and resolve challenges and manage related activities.

Breakdown technical projects into meaningful deliverables and ensure business stakeholders needs are conveyed to the Engineering teams.

Participate in product research and user acceptance testing (by engaging with customers directly) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns develop event-driven opportunities and enhance the websites competitive content.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts experience evaluating trade offs and new opportunities with technical team members.

0-2 years of experience in related functional areas (For example: Software Engineering Information Technology Business Process Management)

Bonus Points:

Experience in product management of mobile and web products.
