Requirements
- 610 years of Business Analyst experience with at least 4 years in Life Sciences Pharmaceuticals or Biotech.
- Demonstrable experience across G&A subdomains: Finance (GL AP/AR FP&A cost management) HR (workforce analytics talent data) and/or Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms data lakes data warehouses MDM or EDB architectures.
- Proficiency in writing user stories process flows data flow diagrams and BRDs/FRDs.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience with JIRA Confluence or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Understanding of data governance: data lineage data quality master data and metadata management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and IT.
