ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Finance Transformation initiatives primarily across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R). The role will bridge business stakeholders programme teams and technology vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead requirements gathering across S2P/R2R

Analyse current processes and define target operating models

Conduct stakeholder workshops

Document requirements and maintain traceability

Support solution design testing and implementation

Coordinate with vendors and programme teams

Identify process standardisation simplification and automation opportunities

Align transformation initiatives with business objectives

Support benefits realisation and business readiness

Contribute to future-state finance capabilities
