Business Analyst - CRM/Salesforce

Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements.
* Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
* Prepare BRDs user stories process flows and functional specifications.
* Support UAT defect triage and release planning.
* Collaborate with product owners developers and QA teams.
* Common Mandatory Requirements (Applicable to All Roles)
* Salesforce experience is mandatory.
* Retail and/or Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Ability to work with global teams and clients.
