Job Description:
- We are looking for a Business Analyst to support project delivery by reviewing and refining Statements of Work documenting requirements managing backlog items validating milestone deliverables and defining acceptance and UAT exit criteria.
- The role will work closely with business stakeholders Product Owners delivery teams and suppliers to ensure scope deliverables and success measures are clearly documented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business requirements assumptions dependencies and risks.
- Translate requirements into user stories backlog items acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
- Support product roadmap and backlog management including future enhancement items.
- Validate milestone deliverables and ensure they align to agreed scope.
- Define clear UAT exit criteria and business success measures.
- Facilitate workshops with business technical and supplier teams.
- Maintain traceability between requirements deliverables test evidence and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps or ambiguities in documentation and propose improvements.
Experience Level
- Mid-level to Senior Business Analyst ideally with 4 years experience in project delivery requirements management and UAT.
- Certification in Business Analyst is an added advantage.
