Job Summary
Bachelors degree in business information systems or related field
5 years of product ownership business analysis or Salesforce platform experience
The Salesforce Product Owner leads the vision roadmap and backlog for Salesforce capabilities ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. This role partners with business stakeholders architects developers and end users to translate business needs into prioritized requirements and scalable solutions across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and related integrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce in a business-facing or delivery role
Strong understanding of Agile backlog management and user story development
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements
Strong stakeholder management communication and prioritization skills
