We are looking for experienced and skilled Bread Makers / Bakery Chefs to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of breads and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake different types of breads including Arabic bread baguettes sandwich bread rolls and speciality breads
Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes and production requirements
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers ovens and proofers
Monitor fermentation proofing and baking processes
Ensure consistency quality and freshness of products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
Follow food safety regulations and company policies
Plan daily production as per demand to minimize wastage
Assist in inventory management and proper storage of raw materials
Coordinate with team members to meet production targets
Salary: 60000 per month
Requirements
Minimum 2years of experience as a Bread Maker / Bakery Chef
Experience in commercial bakery hotel hypermarket or large-scale production unit
Good knowledge of different bread varieties and baking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Physically fit and flexible to work in shifts
Muslim and Christian candidates are eligible to apply.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Middle Eastern bread varieties
Experience in high-volume production
