Job Summary
Job Title: Branch Manager Building Hardware Retail
Location: Suva Fiji
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead supervise and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and business targets.
- Oversee inventory stock control procurement and warehouse coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Monitor sales performance cash handling financial reporting and branch profitability.
- Prepare sales and operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management Commerce or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager Retail Manager or Operations Manager.
- Experience in Building Hardware Construction Materials FMCG or Retail Industry is highly preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems.
- Inventory and stock management knowledge.
- Financial reporting and budgeting skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
- Valid drivers license preferred.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- Must pass a Drug Test.
- Non-smoker preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience managing a building materials or hardware retail outlet.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Willing to relocate to Fiji.
