* Position: Branch Manager
* Location: Bangalore
* Salary: 45000/month
* Qualification: Any Graduate
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly business targets.
• Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and branch performance.
• Acquire new customers and promote financial products including Gold Loans and Debentures.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding proper documentation compliance and NPA control.
• Plan marketing activities and identify business opportunities to increase branch growth and profitability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience
* Good knowledge of Gold Loan operations and financial products
* Ability to achieve business targets and support branch operations
