Job Summary

Eligibility

Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field (PG Diploma / MBA preferred)
5-8 years of experience in a similar profile in the travel & tourism industry
Proven ability to lead supervise and motivate a team of 512 members or more
Strong knowledge of destinations tour packages and a natural flair for selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in regional languages is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals Group Tours (GIT) FIT and MICE
Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data feedback concerns and actionable insights
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
