Position: Branch Head – Service

Location: Kannur
Salary: 7.2 LPA
Experience: 12 Years in Automobile Service Operations

Experience Required
* Strong experience in workshop operations team handling customer satisfaction and service target achievement
* Candidates with Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Vehicle dealership experience preferred
* Prior experience as Service Manager / Works Manager / Branch Service Head will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Handle overall branch service and workshop operations
* Lead and manage service advisors technicians and workshop staff
* Ensure achievement of service revenue labour and productivity targets
* Monitor customer satisfaction vehicle delivery and complaint resolution
* Ensure smooth workshop operations and process compliance
* Coordinate with spare parts warranty and customer support teams
* Monitor job card flow vehicle turnaround time and workshop efficiency
* Analyze service performance reports and team productivity
* Maintain strong customer relationships and improve service experience
* Ensure proper discipline safety standards and operational efficiency within the branch
