Job Summary

Branch Head - Financial Services

Location: Malappuram ; Ponnani

Education: Bachelors degree Mandatory
Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 6 LPA Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in selling financial services products and managing branch administration or managing staff.

Responsibilities :

Branch Operations:

Monitor daily branch activities including pay-ins/payouts and customer grievances.
Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.

HR Activities for Branch:

Manage branch staff including recruitment training and performance management.

Marketing & Business Development Activities:

Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
5 years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP mutual funds and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
