Position: Brachy Specialist
Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Brachy Specialist to support Elektas Brachytherapy portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving clinical excellence supporting sales activities and enhancing customer experience across the region. The incumbent will collaborate closely with clinical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Elektas brachytherapy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product presentations and demonstrations of Elekta Brachytherapy systems.
  • Partner with the sales team during customer visits to provide clinical and product support.
  • Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists Medical Physicists RTTs and nursing staff.
  • Support workshops user meetings and regional congress activities.
  • Assist customers during product evaluations installations and first patient treatments.
  • Provide guidance on applicators treatment planning workflows and day-to-day brachytherapy queries.
  • Participate in customer training sessions and educational initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and share key insights with management and regional teams.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Medical Physics Biomedical Engineering Radiation Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience in Radiation Oncology Medical Devices or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Basic understanding of brachytherapy procedures and clinical workflows.
  • Experience working in a Radiation Oncology department.
  • Familiarity with HDR brachytherapy systems applicators and treatment planning concepts.
  • Hands-on practical approach to problem-solving with strong customer orientation.
Knowledge Skills & Competencies
  • Strong clinical and product understanding of brachytherapy solutions
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
