Job Summary: As a Healthcare Scheduler for Greenstaff USA you will play avital role in ensuring the seamless placement of qualified healthcareprofessionals into various healthcare facilities. You will be responsible forcoordinating and scheduling shifts maintaining accurate records andfostering positive relationships with both clients and healthcareprofessionals.

Responsibilities:
Engaging with candidates regarding the position and comprehendingtheir requirements.
Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates once the sourcingphase concludes.
Redirecting candidates to the appropriate teams in case of any issues.
Assessing candidates availability to facilitate timely shift allocationupon clearance.
Collecting monthly availability from candidates and communicatingavailable shifts.
Submitting booking requests to clients based on candidatesavailability.
Ensuring accurate shift updates on the VMS and ATS.
Providing replacement candidates in the event of shift cancellations.
Liaising with BD if there are no active positions in a specific region.
Addressing any issues related to payroll or benefits.
Assisting the credentialing team with communication if any compliancerequirements are nearing expiration.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with healthcareprofessionals ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing anyconcerns.

Qualifications Experience and Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients andcandidates.
Grad/UG with a minimum of 1 Year of Healthcare Recruitmentexperience is a must.
Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shifts.
