We are looking for an experienced BMC SSO / RSSO Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SSO scoping solution design RSSO configuration identity provider integration and BMC data integrations.

• Lead SSO scoping requirement gathering solution design and implementation for BMC environments.

• Configure and customize BMC Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO).

• Integrate RSSO with enterprise Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0 OAuth/OIDC and related authentication mechanisms.

• Design authentication and authorization flows across BMC applications.

• Configure user provisioning authentication policies session management and SSO troubleshooting.

• Design and implement Atrium Integrator jobs for people/user data integration.

• Develop and support REST API-based people data integrations between BMC and external HR/identity systems.

• Define integration mappings transformation rules error handling and reconciliation processes.

• Analyze existing authentication and integration architecture and recommend scalable solutions.

• Work closely with security IAM infrastructure HR and application teams to finalize integration requirements.

• Prepare technical designs integration specifications configuration documentation and deployment plans.

• Troubleshoot SSO authentication certificate API data mapping and integration issues.

• Ensure solutions follow BMC best practices security standards and upgrade-safe configurations.

BMC RSSO BMC Remedy SSO SAML 2.0 Identity Provider Integration IAM Atrium Integrator REST APIs People Data Integration API Authentication User Provisioning Data Mapping Integration Design Troubleshooting

• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM / Digital Workplace / CMDB.

• Knowledge of Okta Azure AD/Entra ID Ping Identity or similar IdPs.

• Experience with certificates metadata exchange OAuth/OIDC and enterprise authentication architecture.

• Strong technical documentation and client-facing communication skills.

• BMC certifications are preferred.
