Job Title: Blue Prism RPA Automation Lead
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune India
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism development and architecture
Experience with SQL APIs and system integrations
Understanding of RPA LC

Must-Have:
Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism development and architecture
Experience leading offshore RPA delivery teams

Strong knowledge of:
Process assessment & feasibility analysis
Object-oriented design in Blue Prism
Exception handling & logging frameworks
Experience with SQL APIs and system integrations
Understanding of RPA lifecycle (PDD SDD deployment support)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have:
Blue Prism certifications (Developer / Professional Developer / Solution Designer)
Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere)
Exposure to Intelligent Automation (OCR NLP AI/ML)
Experience working in shared services / finance / supply chain domains
Knowledge of DevOps practices for RPA (CI/CD version control)
